A fire inside an Edina apartment complex last night displaced more than three dozen people. That fire broke out on the second floor of the building on the 6300 block of Barrie Road around 10:30pm.
Edina Fire Chief Andrew Slama said that battling the fire was a challenge.
"Freezing temperatures and snow don't assist the situation. Luckily it wasn't frigid temperatures tonight, but the cold and snow did challenge the firefighters."
As of now there no injuries reported Investigators say a kitchen in one of the units has major damage.
The Minnesota Red Cross is helping the displaced residents of the apartment building.
