A Moorhead man is the first person from Minnesota to face charges for his alleged role in the January 6th attack on the US Capitol.
Jordan Stotts, 31, was arrested by FBI agents today, and is scheduled to make an appearance in federal court in Bemidji this afternoon.

Stotts faces charges of trespassing in the January 6th riot and breach of the Capitol building by supporters of former President Trump.
