
Two Forest Lake teenagers had to be airlifted to a nearby hospital after they were struck by a vehicle on Tuesday.
The Minnesota State Patrol is reporting that the crash happened just after 3:30 p.m. as the two juveniles, both 15-year-old males, crossed the Highway 61 at a crosswalk on 202nd Street North. Both individuals who were struck are track athletes at Forest Lake High School and were part of a larger group crossing the road.
Both individuals were struck by a 2001 Cadillac Deville driven by an 84-year-old Lindstrom, Minnesota man.
Conditions of both teens have not been released. It's unclear whether or not the driver was injured.
