A Woodbury man who used to work in the St. Paul Police Department is facing charges after authorities reportedly found nine pounds of methamphetamine, as well as fentanyl and cocaine, inside his home.

Jamond Glass is charged with several counts of possessing narcotics after police intercepted a package of his at the airport.

Police at the airport took some of the contents from the package and put them in another, and then deputies followed Glass to his home. They executed a search warrant and allegedly located a "large quantity of drugs" in addition to firearms and ammunition inside the bedroom.

Glass, 34, was charged Monday with one count of first-degree drug possession. He worked as a civilian employee with St. Paul Police, but has since been fired. His next court date is in December.
