A 30-year-old Farmington man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of criminal vehicular homicide and failing to stop at the scene of a fatal traffic accident.
13-year-old Sasha Balandin of Apple Valley was killed after he was hit by a vehicle on July 14 at the intersection of Highway 50 and Dushane Parkway.
Three other Farmington residents include two women ages 28 and 64, as well as a 36-year-old man who was also arrested and booked into the Dakota County Jail for aiding an offender.
