A judge has evicted the My Pillow company from a Shakopee, Minnesota warehouse after the landlord claimed that the company owes over $200,000 in back rent.

Owner Mike Lindell, who is a vocal supporter of former President Trump, and has been outspoken about the 2020 Election being 'stolen' from Trump, is facing a slew of financial problems.

Lindell is in the midst of two defamation lawsuits totaling over $2 billion. Two voting machine companies say Lindell spread false allegations that they participated in fixing the Presidential Election in favor of Joe Biden. There's been no evidence of that happening.

In February, a federal judge affirmed a $5 million arbitration award against Lindell. A software engineer challenged data that Lindell says proves China interfered in the 2020 election. Lindell offered a $5 million reward through Lindell Management for anyone who could prove that “packet captures” and other data he released there were not valid data “from the November 2020 election.”

The arbitrators ruled in favor of engineer Robert Zeidman last year.

Fox News, which had been one of MyPillow's biggest advertising platforms, stopped running their commercials in January due to a payment dispute, which Lindell has acknowledged.

Last fall, attorneys who’ve been defending Lindell against the defamation lawsuits by voting machine companies sought court permission to quit, saying he owes them unspecified millions of dollars and can’t pay the millions more that he’ll owe in legal expenses going forward.

Lindell confirmed in an interview with The Associated Press in October that he’s out of money and said he understands his lawyers are people who need to make a living.

Several big-box retailers, including Walmart, have discontinued his products.

“MyPillow’s been decimated. ... We’ve lost hundreds of millions of dollars,” Lindell said, adding that the other main assets he has left are his home and pickup truck. He blamed Dominion, Smartmatic and the news media, including the conservative outlets Fox News and Newsmax.

“You’re all doing it because you want me to shut up about security of our elections,” a defiant Lindell said. “You’re all the same.”

But he vowed to keep fighting and to keep MyPillow going. At that time, Lindell said he doesn’t have any other debts and has no plans to file for bankruptcy for himself or MyPillow.
