Welcome back No Shoes Nation! Country superstar Kenny Chesney is coming back to the Twin Cities to play U.S. Bank Stadium.
The "Sun Goes Down Tour 2024" includes the Zac Brown Band, Megan Moroney and Uncle Kracker will happen on Saturday, May 4.
Chesney has made Minneapolis a regular tour stop. He played Target Field a few times before changing over to U.S. Bank Stadium for shows in 2018 and 2022.
Joining Chesney are the Zac Brown Band, no slouches themselves with 13 number one country songs under their belt. Uncle Kracker joins Chesney who they collaborated with on the hit song "When The Sun Goes Down". Megan Moroney is the newcomer on the bill. She charted her first single, "Tennessee Orange", in 2022.
U.S. Bank Stadium will be a busy concert venue, especially for country fans, next year. Chris Stapleton is there in April followed by two Morgan Wallen shows in June, then Zach Bryan in August.
There are also two shows from the metal giants Metallica in mid-August.
Earlier this week, another Target Field show was announced with Green Day, The Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid and The Linda Lindas playing in August.
Tickets for Chesney and company go on sale next Friday, November 17 at 9:00 a.m. at AXS.com.
