One of Minnesota's largest attractions hopes to fill a number of job openings Thursday during a day-long job fair.
The Mall of America, along with a number of the shops, restaurants, and attractions are coming together for the job fair at the TCF Rotunda. According to the Mall's website, tenants have around 145 jobs available and the Mall of America is looking to fill 35 positions.
"Each of the brands that are participating have a table and it gives people a chance to introduce themselves to store managers and learn about the job opportunities," said Jill Renslow, the Senior Vice President of Business Development at the Mall of America.
Renslow, who was on the WCCO Radio Morning News with Sloane Martin on Thursday, said the Mall itself has felt the impact from the ongoing worker shortage.
"Between our security team, maintenance, housekeeping and guest services and Nickelodeon Universe. We have a lot of job opportunities and there really is something for everybody."
