An Eagan massage therapist is behind bars and headed back to court Monday after being charged a fourth time with criminal sexual conduct.
The Dakota County Attorney's Office says 32-year old Johnny Le of Richfield is already charged with multiple counts for allegedly sexually assaulting clients at his Eagan studio.
The most recent was filed after the alleged victim saw news coverage of Le's previous charges.
Le is charged with one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (prohibited occupational relationship), three counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (actor is in a prohibited occupational relationship) and one count of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct (nonconsensual sexual contact).

Le is currently in custody at the Dakota County Jail. His next court hearing is scheduled for April 23 at 1:30 p.m. in Hastings.
