Police in Texas have arrested a Minnesota woman in connection with a homicide in Minneapolis earlier this year.
36-year-old Erica Roberts was picked up by Longview Texas police on Monday and booked into the Gregg County jail.
She is facing a second-degree murder charge in the killing of 30-year-old Tanasha Austin in the early morning hours of March 18th at an apartment complex in the 19-hundred block of South Colfax in the Lowry Hill neighborhood.
Investigators say an argument led to the shooting. Both women are from St. Cloud.
MPD homicide investigators say they have questioned Roberts, and extradition proceedings are underway to get her back to Minnesota.
