Owamni, at Waterworks Park overlooking St. Anthony Falls on the Mississippi River is moving a couple of blocks to the east into the iconic Guthrie Theater.
The move is scheduled for 2026 after Owamni's lease with the Minneapolis Park Board is up.
It's something owner Sean Sherman says is both bittersweet and wonderful, allowing him to hire around 60 more employees to serve the after-theater crowd.
