Three weeks before the manslaughter trial of a former Brooklyn Center police officer who shot and killed a black man during a traffic stop, there are questions about security of the judge in the case.

This comes after a protester last weekend made his way inside a Minneapolis condo, where he believed Judge Regina Chu lived.

Cortez Rice live-streamed the video on social media, later taking it down, and insists he wasn't trying to intimidate the judge.

In the video, he called on Chu to allow cameras in the courtroom during Kim Potter's trial.

Chu has already ruled against that.

Rice was among a group of protesters that had gathered outside the building.

In a statement released Monday, Hennepin County's chief judge says he's confident in security leading up to the trial's Nov. 30th start.

Potter claims she thought she was using a tazer when she fired the shot that killed Daunte Wright last April.
