Classes are canceled Tuesday in School district 196 due to what school officials there are calling "threats to multiple schools".
That is Rosemount, Apple Valley, and Eagan.
Eagan police are leading the investigation and so far they say they are not able to confirm the threats as credible, but they also can't rule them out entirely.
In a post on the district's website, they say law enforcement is actively investigating and that the decision to cancel today was made "out of an abundance of caution."
Also, school district employees in Rosemount, Apple Valley, and Eagan are being told not to report to work Tuesday.
