Ramsey County authorities charged a second person in connection with the murder of a man who was walking home from work in December.
20-year-old Detwan Allen is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Alex Becker.
Investigators believe Allen and at least one other man shot the 22-year-old Becker in an alley near his home in St. Paul on December 27th.
They say DNA taken from a car involved in this and other crimes matches Allen.
He remains in jail, along with Arteze Kinerd, who is also charged with murder.
