
Saint Paul Police are investigating the city's 15th homicide of the year after a man was fatally shot Wednesday night in the city's Frogtown neighborhood.
Officers were called to the intersection of Charles Avenue and Galtier Street around 7 p.m. on multiple 911 calls reporting shots fired and that a person appeared to have been shot. Police found an adult male inside a parked car suffering from apparent gunshot injuries to his torso.
The injured man was taken to Regions Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators are looking for physical and possible video evidence to determine what led to the shooting and who may have been involved.
