Police in St. Paul are investigating that city's third reported homicide of the year.
It happened around 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the city's West Side neighborhood.
A man found shot outside of a business in the 500 block of Stryker.
He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators are combing the area for clues and any surveillance video that may have captured the incident.
So far, no ID of the victim and no arrests.
