One man is in custody after an hours long standoff that happened overnight in Woodbury.
Police were called to a home around 2:00 a.m. Monday near Courtley and Tahoe Roads to investigate a suspect allegedly threatening to do harm to himself and others.
Several nearby homes were evacuated while the situation unfolded, and those in the home were taken to safety.
About four hours after it started, officials say that the man was taken into custody without further incident.
So far, there are no reports of injuries to either law enforcement or the suspect.
The incident happened several hours after police were called to the same home.
The first call came just after midnight and police say they were told that the disturbance had been resolved.
