The man accused in a shooting death inside a restaurant in Bloomington makes his first court appearance Monday afternoon.
47-year-old Aaron Le of Lakeville faces second-degree murder charges in the November 23rd incident at the Asian restaurant.
A 49-year-old man who was considered a regular at the restaurant died of gunshot wounds.
A 29-year-old server was also wounded but is expected to recover.
Le fled the scene and was arrested in Oklahoma.
Police say Le was jealous of a man who was dating his former wife.
The hearing takes place at the Hennepin County Government Center at 1:30 p.m. Monday.
