Marathon weekend returns after its cancellation last year due to the pandemic.
At the St. Paul Rivercentre runners of all backgrounds have picked up their packets and bibs and checked their timing chips. WCCO’s Sloane Martin talked to runners about the return of a beloved tradition:
The marathon starts in downtown Minneapolis near US Bank Stadium and finishes near the state capitol. The Marathon and 10 mile race are Sunday while the 10k and 5k are Saturday.
