The man charged with shooting five people and setting off explosives inside a health clinic in Buffalo is competent to stand trial.
A Wright County judge making that ruling Wednesday, after attorneys for Gregory Ulrich withdrew challenges to his competency to stand trial.
Ulrich, 68, is accused of opening fire inside the Allina Crossroads Clinic in Buffalo on February 9th, killing 37-year old Lindsey Overbay, a medical assistant, as well as injuring four others.
Ulrich will be back in court in September.
