Target Field announces menu additions: walleye sliders, brat burger and more

While the Twins breaking their postseason curse isn’t certain, enjoying a delicious new meal at Target Field this postseason can be, as there will be several new offerings for fans.

The Twins announced that it was partnering with the longtime hospitality and retail partner Delaware North to provide several new culinary offerings for fans throughout the best-of-three MLB Wild Card Series.

The Twins will take on the Toronto Blue Jays at 3:38 p.m. on Tuesday, followed by Game 2 on Wednesday and Game 3 on Thursday if necessary.

Among the new offerings for fans at the game include new walleye sliders, a new brat burger, and more.

“From tying into this year’s fun team home run celebration to finding new and innovative ways to recreate local favorites – we have a great lineup of new menu items for the Postseason,” Pete Spike, general manager for Delaware North at Target Field, shared in a statement.

Here’s what could satiate your palate while you cheer on the Twins:

Land of 10,000 Rakes Walleye Sliders: Immerse yourself in Northwoods flavors with these mouthwatering sliders, featuring breaded walleye served on a toasted slider bun, garnished with caper lemon tartar and pickled onion and red cabbage. The sliders will be sliding from the Truly on Deck in the right-field corner.

Kramarczuk’s Brat Burger: Indulge in the perfect fusion of flavors with a new brat patty from iconic Minneapolis eatery Kramarczuk’s, accompanied by smoked gouda, Kramarczuk’s sauerkraut and Dijon aioli. The new dish will be at the Truly on Deck and Townball Tavern in the left-field corner.

Pastrami Reuben Pretzel Sandwich: For those craving classic tastes with a twist, the Pastrami Reuben Pretzel Sandwich offers shaved pastrami, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and a Russian dressing dipping sauce. Fans can get there at the Marketplace by Section 126.

Union Hmong Kitchen Tater Tot Hot Dish: A unique fusion of flavors awaits with the Tater Tot Hot Dish from Minneapolis’ Chef Yia Vang and Union Hmong Kitchen, featuring Hmong chicken chili, scallions, and tater tots. The dish will be available at the Carew Atrium in the Delta SKY360° Club and the Truly Grab-and-Go from the Truly on Deck.

Báhn Mì Brat: Experience the bold and flavorful Báhn Mì Brat, complete with pickled vegetables, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic mustard aioli and Hmong sausage. The brat will be sold at the Union Hmong Kitchen, located by Section 126, inside Gate 6.
