As officials continue assessing the damage caused by two confirmed tornadoes that touched down in the New Orleans area, we're starting to see the devastation caused by the storm.
Homes in multiple neighborhoods have been damaged and in some instances ripped apart. Communities are littered with debris, trees are knocked down and vehicles are crumbled.
The Arabi neighborhood received the worst of the storm and was hit by a tornado that was "at least" an EF-3, according to the National Weather Service. One person was killed and several others were injured.
