Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR 550) - The Buffalo Bills have added another body to their tight ends on Thursday with the signing of Nick Guggemos to a one-year contract. Guggemos was added following a tryout with the team during minicamp.
To make room on the 90-man roster for Guggemos, the team has placed tight end Zach Davidson on Injured Reserve with a knee injury.
Guggemos played his college football at St. Thomas, a Division III school in Minnesota from 2014-18. He was signed after a tryout with the Seattle Seahawks in 2021, and has spent other brief stints with the Washington Commanders, Cleveland Browns and Green Bay Packers.
