1.) Score, score, score

The Bills averaged 31.3 points per-game last season, but in the two games they played against the Chiefs, including the AFC Championship Game, they scored 17 and 24 points.

Things need to be different Sunday night, especially since the Chiefs are currently giving up the second-most points in the NFL at 31.3 per-game. If the Bills can’t get their high-powered offense into the end zone more often in this one, we’ll be wondering when - and if - they will ever be able to.

2.) Offensive line shuffle

In order for the Bills to put those types of points up, they’ll need their revamped offensive line to be better than the group was overall in last season’s AFC Championship Game. Buffalo's unit surrendered four sacks of Josh Allen, and allowed defensive linemen Frank Clark and Chris Jones to control the line of scrimmage most of the day.

Spencer Brown made his first NFL start last week at right tackle and will be matched up with Jones, if he plays. The defensive end (who played defensive tackle last year) hasn’t practiced this week with a wrist injury and is questionable for the game.

Daryl Williams moved from tackle to guard last week, and Ike Boettger started at the other guard spot. If that group stays the same, the Bills are banking on that combination to be much better than they were in that game in January.

3.) Travis and Tyreek

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and wide receiver Tyreek Hill are two of the best in the league at the positions. In the two meetings between the clubs last season, the duo combined for a whopping 30 catches for 375 yards and four touchdowns.

Bills defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier and head coach Sean McDermott have to figure out the formula for slowing the two down and limiting their damage for their defense to get the Chiefs off the field and from lighting up the scoreboard.
