The 2021 regular season will draw to a close this weekend, as the Buffalo Bills take on the New York Jets at Highmark Stadium with a chance to wrap up the division. With a win, Buffalo will capture a second-straight AFC East title.

For the final time this regular season, Bills head coach Sean McDermott joined the “Extra Point Show” for his weekly segment on WGR.
Going into the final regular season game, McDermott gave his weekly update on the injury front.
“Ryan Bates will be full go today, and both Efe Obada and Emmanuel Sanders will not practice today,” McDermott said with Sal Capaccio and "Sneaky Joe" DiBiase.
While McDermott did not rule Obada or Sanders out for this Sunday, he did still leave the possibility up in the air. Later in the day when the Bills released their final injury report of the week, Obada has been ruled out for the game with an ankle injury, while Sanders is listed as doubtful with a knee injury.
With the Bills facing down the potential of winning the AFC East at home on Sunday, McDermott realizes how special of a moment it would be.
“It would be quite an accomplishment if we can get it done against a good Jets team that is playing really well," McDermott said. "In particular, in front of our fans, who couldn't be there much of the season last year.”
Kickoff on Sunday from Orchard Park is set for 4:25 p.m. EST on Sunday with John Murphy, Eric Wood and Sal Capaccio on the call. You can listen to McDermott's entire interview below:
