Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR 550) - The Kansas City Chiefs will be without their starting running back and leading rusher on Sunday when they host the Buffalo Bills at Arrowhead Stadium.

Running back Isiah Pacheco was one of four players ruled out by the Chiefs on Friday.

Pacheco leads the Chiefs, and is fifth overall in the NFL with 779 rushing yards. He's added 33 catches for 209 yards as a receiver.

Kansas City's next-highest rusher is quarterback Patrick Mahomes with 331 yards.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire, who has 130 yards rushing on the season, is expected to start in Pacheco's place.

For the Bills, tight end Dawson Knox and cornerback Kaiir Elam are listed as questionable. Both are still on Injured Reserve, and would need to be activated to the 53-man roster by 4 p.m. EST on Saturday to be eligible to play.

No other player on the Bills' active roster carries an injury designation, which means all are available to play.
