Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - Buffalo Bills edge rusher Von Miller returned to the practice field with his teammates on Wednesday after serving his four-game suspension imposed by the NFL.
Miller missed the last four games after he was suspended back on Oct. 1 for violating the league's Personal Conduct Policy.
The Bills receive a one-week roster exemption for Miller, but will need to activate him by Saturday at 4 p.m. ET in order for him to be eligible to play Sunday against the Miami Dolphins. Once that happens, he will no longer have the exemption and will count against the team's 53-man active roster.
Prior to practice on Wednesday, head coach Sean McDermott told the media that wide receiver Amari Cooper would not participate due to a wrist injury, and that the team would take it "one day at a time."
However, Cooper was in uniform and participating during the media-viewing portion of the session, and was ultimately listed as a limited participant, along with linebacker Terrel Bernard (ankle/pectoral), fullback Reggie Gilliam (hip), and wide receiver Curtis Samuel (pectoral).
