This past week pop icon, Miley Cyrus released the music video for her most recent single, "Slide Away." Cyrus released the powerfully emotional single just days after the news that her and husband, Liam Hemsworth were calling it quits. The new music video alludes to the end of a relationship and certainly demonstrates a more somber side to Cyrus. Comparisons have been made to Cyrus's 2013 "We Can't Stop" music video. Fans have taken to Twitter stating that "Slide Away" feels like an emotionally drenched follow up to the upbeat and wild "We Can't Stop."
