Kentucky's Democratic Governor Andy Beshear is doing good in his state by reaching out to the LGBTQ community and making sure all feel welcome at the capital. Unfortunately there's always someone to rain on a parade. Republican State Senator Phillip Wheeler made some disparaging and homophobic comments towards the below photo to a group of supporters earlier in the week.
