
The Library Board in the Upstate's largest county held a meeting yesterday to discuss and vote on moving books into different sections. Three of the four books discussed by the Greenville County Board were moved after a vote passed.
All of those books being moved are LGBTQ themed. The vote approved moving those pieces to the parenting and early childhood section. which would require parental permission to check out the books.
The Library Board says the community has requested 14 new books for them to review.
