Continuing to impress with Class A Greenville, Triston Casas went a combined 3-for-8 in a doubleheader on Tuesday, driving in three runs and scoring two in the process.
One of the top prospects in the Red Sox system, Casas went 1-for-4 in game one, digging out an RBI triple in the eighth and drawing a walk in the Drive's 11-8 win over Kannapolis.
With as much raw power as any prospect in baseball, Casas flashed his biggest tool with a two-run shot in game two, as he went 2-for-4 with two RBIs in the back end of the doubleheader.
Casas is now hitting .267 with an .870 OPS, the seventh highest mark in the South Atlantic League. His 14 homers are fourth in the league.
