In a season that has continued to be underwhelming for the Red Sox, Mitch Moreland has managed to shine. Most recently, he has hit home runs in his past two games, and three in his last four. On Sunday, his solo home run was the deciding factor in a 1-0 win over the Diamondbacks.
Without Moreland's production, things would be even tougher for the struggling Red Sox right now. His four home runs and 10 RBIs are both good for best on the team. Moreland is clearly doing his part; now it's time for the rest of the team to step up and get things going in the right direction.
