Gordon Hayward cannot catch a break. The wing just got back from hand surgery and he’s already suffered another injury.

Hayward left Wednesday’s game against the Pacers in the fourth quarter after he took a hit to the face from Doug McDermott midway through the fourth quarter.

He did not return, and the Celtics announced he suffered a “blow to (the) nose.”

UPDATE:

Brad Stevens informed reporters Indiana's team doctor checked out Hayward and he had no concussion-like symptoms.

"I'm sure when we land then we'll have our own procedure he'll go through," Stevens added.

Hayward said he "couldn't really see much (and) felt pretty dizzy," after the hit. He still had a headache when he met with reporters.
