As expected, the Philadelphia 76ers have been one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference this year. However, they've experienced far more peaks and valleys than initially expected.

Now, there are plenty of factors that could lead to their ups and downs. Ben Simmons still hasn't taken the next step in his development. Joel Embiid picks and chooses the nights he wants to play like the best center in the NBA. Brett Brown is constantly being questioned.

But there's one guy who played for the problem child of the East in 2018-19 — the Celtics — that also plays for the 2019-20 version. Al Horford.

The big man's former Celtics teammates, like Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum, continue to praise him and his Philly teammates don't seem to feel differently. But, the recent comments Horford made to Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer aren't ones that would be made by someone satisfied with their situation.

"I still haven't been able to find my rhythm with the team," he said.

Of course, we have yet to hit the midway point of the season. Horford has plenty of time to gel with his new teammates.

But, there's more.

"I'm out (there) for the team and doing what I can to help us," Horford said. "But offensively, I'm very limited with the things that I can do. So I can't control that stuff.

"So all I have to do is make sure I'm there for the team, trying to do everything I can to help us win."

Can't recall Horford ever saying he was limited in what he could do during his time in Boston. Even when he was hurt.
