For the second time this season, a Patriots wide receiver released has filed an injury grievance against the team.

After Malcolm Mitchell did a week ago, Kenny Britt is the latest.

According to NFLPA records, Britt has filed an injury grievance against the Patriots seeking the $1.05 million salary he was due this season.

Britt was released on Aug. 22 after he battled a hamstring injury for the majority of the summer and into training camp.

The 30-year-old remains a free agent.
