Could Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen be moving? It appears that way.
According to a listing on Zillow, Brady has put his Brookline home on the market, which has a listing price of $39.5 million. Built in 2015, it's located near the ninth hole of The Country Club and includes a three-car garage as well as a circular driveway that holds up to 20 more.
[UPDATE 10:50 a.m.]: The listing is now listed as not for sale, but NBC Sports Boston reported the home is indeed for sale.
There's also a gym, a spa, a guest house with a yoga studio and an outdoor organic herb/vegetable garden.
This comes following a report last week that Brady and Bundchen have been looking for homes in the New York City suburbs, including Greenwich, Conn. and Alpine, NJ.
Over the weekend, Brady reportedly received a new deal that has him becoming a free agent following this coming season, but has him making $8 million more in 2019.
"It is what it is," Brady said when asked about the deal. "That's a good line, so whoever said it, it's very pertinent. Like I said, there's a lot of guys who have one year left on their contracts, so the situation — I've got one year to go, and we'll see what happens."
Brady turned 42 last Saturday.
