Why Tom Brady practicing with Tampa Bay teammates Wednesday didn't violate COVID-19 rules

Tom Brady hit the practice field with some of his teammates on Wednesday and this was different than his private workouts with players, as it was at the actual facility.

So, how was this allowed to happen with all the COVID-19 protocols put in place and some teams, like the Patriots, not even having players in the building yet?

According to Pro Football Talk, Brady and the rest of the quarterbacks along with rookies arrived on July 23, which means Brady, the other quarterbacks, and rookie receivers were allowed to be on the field Wednesday to begin their formal acclimation period. Only quarterbacks, receivers, kickers, punters, and long snappers are permitted to be on the field with footballs during this time.

Other pass catchers can join them beginning next Monday.

Here was the video the Buccaneers posted Thursday morning.
