The Jack Eichel saga with the Buffalo Sabres appears to be over.
According to multiple reports Thursday morning, the Sabres have traded Eichel to the Vegas Golden Knights. The trade was first reported by Andrew Peters.

As TSN hockey insider Darren Dreger reports, the deal is Eichel and a 2023 third round pick going to the Golden Knights in exchange for forwards Peyton Krebs and Alex Tuch, a 2022 first round pick and a 2023 third round pick.
