The Heat had six players listed on their injury report Monday, and it turns out at least one key player will actually miss Game 4.

Miami coach Erik Spoelstra officially ruled out Tyler Herro on Monday morning because of a groin injury. Herro suffered the injury during the fourth quarter of Game 3 and did not return.

Herro was named the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year this season, and he’s currently third on the Heat in scoring in both this series and the playoffs as a whole. He has averaged 12.3 points per game in the series, with his best performance coming in Game 1, when he had 18.

Jimmy Butler (knee), Kyle Lowry (hamstring), Max Strus (hamstring), Gabe Vincent (hamstring) and P.J. Tucker (knee) are all still officially questionable for Monday night, although Spoelstra said all five would warm up “with the intent to play.”

Butler, Miami’s biggest star, will be the most interesting to monitor. He did not play at all in the second half of Game 3.

For the Celtics, Marcus Smart (right ankle sprain) and Robert Williams (left knee soreness) are both listed as questionable, while Jayson Tatum (right cervical nerve impingement) is probable. Final word on their statuses will likely come late Monday afternoon.
