Cam Newton hasn't said anything since being released by the Patriots last week, but that will change Friday.
The former Patriots quarterback teased a “Funky Friday” video coming to his Instagram account.
“I have a lot of things that I need to get off my chest," he said in a teaser posted to his account Wednesday.
Newton did add it's not a retirement speech and he believes he has a lot of football left.
The QB remains a free agent and can sign anywhere.
