Peyton and Eli Manning drew rave reviews from their Week 1 performance in ESPN2's very laid-back "Monday Night Football" booth, and they picked up right where they left off for Week 2. Forehead jokes, brotherly banter and insightful analysis from the former QBs were all a part of the broadcast early and often.

But the comment that got the attention of most football fans, at least from the early goings of the game, had to do with a frequent rival of both brothers: the New England Patriots.
"Every time I played against New England, I used to go and talk to my receivers in the shower, like in the far corner," Manning said. "I'm like, 'Don't talk about a play next to my locker, because I know it's bugged. I know it's got a hot mic in there.'"
The elder manning brother had apparently expressed his fears of the Patriots listening in on opponents before, which Tony Dungy confirmed, though the coach would not go so far as to say whether or not he thought the cheating was occurring (h/t Pro Football Talk).
"I know that that is very true, and, you know, as Peyton talked to guys who played for the Patriots, some of the guys who came over — whether it’s true or not he treated it as true," Dungy said. "We didn’t have a lot of strategy discussions inside the locker room there."
The next guest on the broadcast is Rob Gronkowski, so it'll be interesting to see how he responds to Peyton telling that story (if at all). Stay tuned.
