It looks like Patriots tackle Trent Brown is trying to put to rest the notion that he's "lazy" and lacks motivation.
The 6-foot-9 mammoth of an offensive lineman posted several photos to his Instagram story this week of him getting work in ahead of New England's training camp coming up on July 26. Check some of them out here:
Those working out with Brown include former NFL lineman Andre Gurode and current AFC tackles Terron Armstead and Cam Robinson.
The Greg Hill Show: FORMER PATRIOTS COACH DANTE SCARNECCHIA TALKS TRENT BROWN
Former Patriots offensive line coach Dante Scarnecchia spoke to WEEI's The Greg Hill Show last month about Brown and how him buying in will help them succeed in 2023:
"I like the kid, I think he’s a tremendous talent, and I would love to see him be there, and all-in, and be able to do the things that he can do to help the team," Scarnecchia told the crew.
"If he’s the player that he can be then you don’t have to worry so much about that side of the line of scrimmage, specifically against pass rushers, and then you can devote whatever attention that needs to be devoted to the other side if they need it. They gotta get him on board.”
From the looks of it, at least two weeks out from camp, Brown might be on board.
