The Urban Meyer experiment in Jacksonville is reaching yet another boiling point.

After Meyer’s team was shut out 20-0 by the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, the head coach took the podium after the loss and directed his frustrations toward a report on Saturday citing anonymous sources airing out internal issues within the Jaguars involving Meyer.

“What’s the answer? Starting leaking some information or nonsense? That’s garbage,” Meyer said, per SI’s Albert Breer. “If there is a source, then that source is unemployed. I mean, within seconds.”

The report Meyer was referencing was from NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, whose sources told him Meyer has had run-ins with multiple players and coaches, dismissing his assistants as “losers” and demanding they defend their resumes.

He specifically had a run-in with receiver Marvin Jones, who left the team in protest over Meyer’s criticism of the receiving corps before being convinced to return to the facility.

Other players have said Meyer “doesn’t treat them like adults,” per Pelissero.

Meyer denied having a confrontation with Jones or calling his staff losers following Sunday’s loss, but did acknowledge that he is indeed hard on his staff, according to Breer.

Meyer’s tenure in Jacksonville has been nothing short of a disaster. Reports began surfacing before the season started of some within the organization turned off by his approach.

Things only got worse from there as Meyer soon found himself embroiled in an off-field controversy after video surfaced of him getting amorous with a woman at a bar who was not his wife.

The team has won just two games and first-round pick Trevor Lawrence has struggled and threw four interceptions to no touchdowns in Sunday’s loss.

Jaguars owner Shad Kahn has been supportive of Meyer and has shown no indication of making a change during the season, but it seems inevitable that Meyer’s time in Jacksonville may not last much longer.
