FORT MYERS, Fla. - The Red Sox might have not made the huge free-agent acquisition many were banking on, but they certainly have dominated when it comes to securing the services of lefty relievers.
After inking left-handed relief pitchers Matt Strahm and Jake Diekman, Greg Holland announced on his Twitter account that he would be joining the Red Sox. It is a minor-league deal for the 35-year-old.
Holland pitched in 39 games for the Tigers in 2021, all but one coming out of the bullpen. He finished with a 5.07 ERA. For a complete look at the lefty's 13-year career, click here.
