Todd McShay -- one of ESPN's most recognizable faces -- says that he's taking a leave from the four-letter network.
The 44-year-old, who is most well known for his NFL Draft analysis, announced the decision Tuesday afternoon on Twitter:
McShay was on the sideline for this past Saturday's Alabama victory over Miami, and didn't appear to be himself:
ESPN responded to McShay's announcement by backing the NFL Draft expert, who has worked at the network since 2006:
It's been a difficult year for McShay, who missed ESPN's coverage of the 2021 NFL Draft because he was hospitalized with COVID-19.
