He may or may not be interested in becoming the next Bengals head coach, but nonetheless, Carson Palmer paid Boomer and Gio a visit Friday morning on behalf of the FedEx Air & Ground Players of the Year and came prepared to talk some football.
Palmer mentioned his great relationship with Hue Jackson and offered up some analysis of this year’s rookie quarterbacks. He couldn’t talk enough about Patrick Mahomes’ 50 TD passes, sounded pretty surprised to hear about all of the unrest in Pittsburgh and, of course, touched on the upcoming wild-card weekend.
