According to the Daily News, the Jets will not pursue former Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt.
The 23-year-old has been on the Commissioner's Exempt List since Nov. 30, following his release.
Hunt was released by the Chiefs for lying about a Feb. 2017 incident involving a 19-year-old woman at a Cleveland hotel. The NFL is investigating into three separate incidents involving the running back, including assaulting a woman at the hotel.
The NFL is expected to finish its investigation before free agency begins in March.
