The Yankees won again on Wednesday, are 15-2 in their last 17 and 22-8 on the season, and Craig is pumped up.
“Let’s get the World Series train chugging!” Craig celebrated to open Wednesday’s show. “Choo choo!”
The Yanks have the best record in baseball through 30 games, are off to one of their best starts in franchise history, and are proving plenty of doubters wrong after what many considered to be a lackluster offseason.
“All you haters, all you negative Nellies who think you know everything about baseball on Twitter, you know nothing,” Craig said. “That’ the reality. You got pimp-slapped by Brian Cashman, and there’s no reason to think this won’t continue.”
Craig is so invested in the Yankee bandwagon, he is predicting more history for the team, including what would be the most wins by a team ever in a 162-game season.
And, he notes, this is being conservative!
“Conservatively, we’re probably looking at 120 wins, “Craig said. “That’s conservative.”
