The Sports Director for Spectrum News joined Kyle Bailey today on the Clubhouse as Mike first weighed in on the release of longtime Panthers kicker Graham Gano.
"I was a little surprised by the move, but when you start looking at the financial situation for the Panthers currently Graham was going to count against the cap a good bit for a kicker, and when you see the Panthers are in the middle of a rebuild it makes a bit more sense."
Mike also told Kyle that Graham is a guy who will quickly find a job again in the NFL.
Mike gave his thoughts on Teddy Bridgewater by saying "He's a very talented guy, but I don't think he's the long-term answer here in Carolina."
Mike stated that the injuries that Teddy sustained since 2016 it's been hard to judge Teddy especially since we haven't' seen him play in any practice for the Panthers yet.
Kyle asked Mike what are his thoughts on the NFL getting through a full season and Mike said "50/50 because when you are not in a bubble environment your in the general public it's going to be on every individual to not do stupid stuff."
