The Managing Editor of the Riot Report covering the Carolina Panthers joined Kyle Bailey to give his observations from training camp practice today and camp as a whole so far.

Josh first discussed was new QB Teddy Bridgewater as he has heard numerous times the leadership quality that he brings to the table as Josh thinks especially in a year like this is key, and when it comes to his on-the-field play is if Joe Brady can convince him to take more deep shots he can take that next step.

Josh then reacted to the defensive backs having a big day with 3 INT's as Josh said that up until now was the offense outshining the defense, but the Panthers need to see the defense step up in more of these practices before the season starts.

Kyle also wanted to keep things on the defensive side with the D-Line and if they could have an instant impact in 2020 and Josh replied:

"I don't think you're overstating things when you say that the defensive line is the biggest strength of the team. When you look at the 7 guys that make up this rotation you definitely think the opposing offensive line can be in for a long day. However, the question for this unit will be if they can cover up the deficiencies in the secondary."
